We highly recommend booking an appointment online or calling in advance to secure your session. While we do accommodate walk-ins, availability is not guaranteed, and priority is given to scheduled clients.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We understand that plans can change. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the slot may be subject to a 50% booking retainer fee.
Are the skincare products you use safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, absolutely. We exclusively utilize 100% organic, botanical skin care lines that are completely free of sulfates, parabens, synthetic fragrances, and harsh chemical fillers. We always perform a patch assessment prior to deep facial treatments.
How far in advance should I book my wedding/bridal package?

For wedding day prep and airbrush bridal makeup, we recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance. This ensures availability for your target trial dates, consultation schedules, and coordinating custom stylists for your bridal party.
